Marlow Prestige Detailing – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Marlow Prestige Detailing. By booking or using our services, you hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All services are appointment based only.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposit will not be refunded upon failure to notify Marlow Prestige Detailing.
No-shows will incur a fee up to 65% of the service price.
3. Payments
Prices are as stated at the time of booking and may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Full payment is required upon completion of the agreed services.
Any additional work requested or required during the service will supplemented to the invoice.
4. Vehicle Condition & Access
The client is responsible for disclosing all relevant information about the vehicle (e.g., pre-existing damage, modifications, delicate surfaces). Marlow Prestige Detailing hold no liability upon client failure to disclose vehicle condition information.
Marlow Prestige Detailing is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items left inside the vehicle, pre-existing damage or cosmetic issues.
Special cleaning including vomit, mould, blood, hair and strong odours will incur additional fees dependent on severity and time required, quoted individually.
A safe place to work is required. Marlow Prestige Detailing reserve the right to refuse service if the workspace is unsafe to operate in. Examples include a high-traffic area or insufficient operational safe workspace.
A water and electrical supply is required to carry out any booked service.
5. Weather Conditions
Operating as a mobile detailing service, our ability to work is subject to weather conditions.
If the weather is unsuitable (heavy rain, snow or extreme heat), we may need to reschedule your appointment.
If rescheduling is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
6. Service Limitations
Maintenance Valet, Enhancement Valet and Ultimate Valet are designed to clean / refresh the condition of the vehicle. They are not to enhance, protect or remove any defects.
Detailing Packages are designed to refine defects depending on the package but cannot completely restore all paint imperfections, especially deep scratches or prior damage.
Ceramic Coating Packages extend protection but do not make vehicles impervious to scratches or environmental damage.
Marlow Prestige Detailing will exercise due care when working on your vehicle. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects or interior wear.
If pre-existing damage is identified, photos will be taken for documentation before work begins.
We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party products or manufacturer defects.
7. Liability
Marlow Prestige Detailing takes reasonable care while handling vehicles but is not liable for accidental damage, acts of nature or pre-existing conditions.
Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service.
Any claims must be reported immediately upon vehicle collection.
8. Privacy
Client information will be used for booking and service purposes only.
9. Photography & Marketing
Marlow Prestige Detailing may take photos of vehicles for marketing purposes.
If a client does not wish for their vehicle to be photographed, this must be communicated at the time of booking.
10. Changes to Terms
Marlow Prestige Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients are advised to review the terms regularly, as continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By booking or using Marlow Prestige Detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
